A cover letter and resume are important submissions for the hiring team to get a sense of your experience and skill set. Reporting to the assistant dean for advancement, ( our organizational chart ), you will have responsibility for the planning and oversight of a portfolio of events such as commencement and homecoming activities, local and regional alumni events, donor related events, food and hospitality logistics for architecture program reviews, and college social events such as the welcome picnic, becoming alumni barbecue, holiday party, etc. This job is situated in Ann Arbor and on-campus work is expected five days a week from mid-August to mid-November, at that point you may be eligible to move to a hybrid work schedule allowing two days a week of remote work.
