The Event Planner will work effectively with Business Unit Leadership, Marketing, and Sales to execute numerous customer and employee events and incentive trips throughout the year. Program Owner • Delivers outstanding experiences on Lennox programs, while ensuring alignment between company and customer goals and objectives. Strategy • Participates in strategic planning process for key meetings and conferences to include identifying key stakeholders, facilitating meetings, enabling strategic direction that meet company's objectives and aligning team members. • Executes a strategy that delivers on three key measures: outstanding customer experience, within allocated budget, on time. Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
