We are offering a contract-to-hire employment opportunity for an Event Planner Intermediate, based in Fort Worth, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing various events, coordinating with internal and external partners, and ensuring high-level on-site service. This role falls within the hospitality industry and involves on-site work.Responsibilities:• Plan and execute events, ranging from small meetings to large gatherings, ensuring each event meets its objectives.• Develop project plans and budgets, monitor their progress, and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful event execution.• Lead teams working on various facets of an event, ensuring effective collaboration and coordination.• Maintain strong relationships with internal business partners, including Food Services, Conference Services, Audio Visual, Security, and Facilities.• Manage all aspects of event logistics, including site selection, vendor negotiation, contract administration, hotel management, and travel coordination.• Provide strategic input and recommendations on event development based on business group needs.• Manage front desk operations, ensuring memorable service to clientele attending meetings.• Oversee meeting room reservations using the firm's event booking system.• Organize and execute meetings and evening receptions, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees.• Perform administrative tasks, such as invoice processing, scheduling maintenance services, and ordering supplies.• Develop and strengthen relationships with frequent users, establishing a personal brand of high-level on-site service.• Solicit feedback and assist in surveying client experience to continually improve service delivery.
