We produce complex events at the highest level, focusing on creativity and precision, delivering one-of-a-kind, life changing event experiences for social, non-profit and corporate clients.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, in-person role for an Event Planner located in New York City. The Event Planner will be responsible for planning and coordinating events, managing budgets and overseeing complex event logistics. Daily tasks include liaising with clients, researching and managing vendors and venues, creating timelines and floorplans and working collaboratively with an amazing team in service to our exceptional clients. The Event Planner will ensure each event runs smoothly and with excellence from conception to completion.QualificationsMust THRIVE in fast-paced, high-stress environments3-5 years experience in event planning, management and designStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in building and managing large, complex budgetsOrganizational and multitasking abilitiesCommand of all basic technology (MacOS, Office, Google, social platforms); proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite is a plusAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProven track record in independently managing social and corporate eventsBachelor's degree, valid driver's license and passportAbility to travel domestically and internationally #J-18808-Ljbffr
