Event Planner - Junior Associate

Overview The Midwest Region Senior Event team plans, creates and executes client event activities from concept through execution and evaluation for the Midwest Region of J.P. Morgan’s Private Bank. This will include maintaining event budgets/payments, creating event collateral, reconciling event attendance, ROI analysis, providing on-site event support, event registration and data ownership, among other tasks. As an Events Management Junior Associate, within the Asset Management Events Team, you will report to the Head of Midwest Private Bank Events supporting the Midwest Region events team efforts. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • 2+ years of experience in events, marketing, hospitality, or a related field • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint; • Excellent oral and written communications skills • Ability to work early morning and late evening events and ability to travel • Ability to prioritize tasks and communicate clearly amongst a variety of personalities • Excellent organizational skills and extreme attention to detail • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment; adaptable and resourceful problem solver.
