The EmPower Breakfast is a well-established and rapidly expanding business networking event that originated in 2001 and is growing its presence across cities throughout the United States. This particular role is a contract position for an Area Director responsible for managing the EmPower Breakfast program in the Norfolk area. Offering the flexibility of remote work, the Area Director will benefit from comprehensive paid training, designed to equip them with the skills needed to successfully use EmPower's automated systems. This role is particularly suited for small business owners, including professionals involved in multi-level marketing, financial planning, real estate, coaching, and other entrepreneurial ventures that value expanding their network of influence. • Bachelor's degree preferred • Experience in sales or marketing beneficial • Ability to work approximately 15 hours per week • Reliable internet connection for remote work • Strong organizational skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Self-motivated and disciplined work ethic
