This full-time role requires a Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, meeting or event planning, or a related field, and five years of direct experience in event and conference planning. The position includes responsibilities such as budget oversight, contract negotiation, event registration management, promotional material coordination, and the execution of communication strategies to maximize participation and attendee satisfaction.
