Passionate about live events? As a remote Event Experience Planner, you’ll help coordinate unforgettable sports, concerts, theater, and specialty event experiences. If you’re organized, people-focused, and love managing details, this flexible role offers variety and the chance to create memorable moments for clients. What You’ll Do

Work directly with clients to plan and coordinate event experiences

Research venues, tickets, vendors, and accommodations

Prepare proposals, timelines, and confirmations

Provide consistent communication from planning through execution

Strong organization and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects independently

Basic computer skills
