We are currently seeking a motivated and organized Event Experience Planner to join our team on a remote basis, offering both full-time and part-time positions. This role is ideal for individuals who possess strong organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for planning and coordinating live events. The Event Experience Planner will work directly with clients to design and execute customized event experiences that leave lasting impressions. Responsibilities include researching venues, tickets, vendors, and accommodations to ensure seamless event execution. Planning and preparing proposals, timelines, and confirmations while maintaining consistent communication with clients throughout the entire process are key elements of this position.
