Event Planner/ Sales

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Planner/ Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating memorable experiences and a proven track record in organizing successful events. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a knack for negotiating contracts with vendors. The Event Planner will be responsible for managing all aspects of event planning from conception to execution, ensuring that every detail aligns with the client’s vision.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage event concepts, themes, and timelines.Coordinate logistics for events including venue selection, catering, and entertainment.Negotiate contracts with vendors to secure the best services at competitive rates.Oversee event marketing efforts to promote upcoming events effectively.Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and expectations.Manage budgets and ensure all expenses are tracked accurately.Supervise on-site event setups and breakdowns, ensuring everything runs smoothly.Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and venues to facilitate future events.Skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent time management skills to meet tight deadlines.Proficient in event marketing strategies to attract attendees.Experience in catering coordination and banquet management.Exceptional negotiation skills for securing contracts with vendors.Background in hospitality or events management is preferred.Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.Join us in creating unforgettable events that leave lasting impressions!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
