The Event Planner at Varsity Spirit is an integral member of the Regional Operations team, responsible for ensuring operational excellence across hosted events. This role demands a detailed, analytical, and process-driven professional who can effectively coordinate multiple moving parts to achieve event goals. The Event Planner will assist with staffing, travel arrangements, vendor communication, payroll processing, financial reporting, and logistical support, working closely with internal and external stakeholders. This position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the success of high-profile events in a dynamic and collaborative environment, where passion and precision are key. The role is suited for someone who thrives in multitasking, problem-solving, and maintaining strong organizational systems, ensuring smooth execution from planning stages to post-event follow-up. bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience
minimum of 3 years experience in events preferred
cheer or dance experience preferred
ability to sit or stand for long periods

ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and manipulate equipment up to 30 lbs
ability to work in a professional office environment and at event sites
