Your efforts will involve maintaining a comprehensive list of local and online vendors capable of satisfying personalized service requests, ensuring order forms are accurate and up-to-date, and managing the logistical details that make each Celebration of Life unique. High school diploma or equivalent Associate degree in hospitality preferred Valid state driver's license in good standing Two years of hospitality or event planning work experience One year funeral industry experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing Strong organizational skills Ability to handle multiple deadlines Capacity for empathy and supportive communication Ability to lift up to 25 pounds Willingness to work beyond standard business hours when necessary Willingness to travel locally when required OysterLink supports restaurant and hospitality hiring.
