Job Description The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for creating memorable events and providing exceptional customer service. As a Sales Event Planner, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, establishing valuable relationships with clients, and ensuring the execution of flawlessly planned events. You will work closely with our team to consistently exceed client expectations, drive sales revenue, and maintain our reputation as one of Florida's premier off-site caterers. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute strategic event plans to meet client objectives • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and staff • Manage sales revenue growth and achieve individual monthly targets • Prepare creative and tailored proposals, track sales opportunities, and ensure clear communication internally and externally Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Event Management or Hospitality • 3-5 years of experience as a Sales Manager in a hospitality field, preferably in Central Florida • Demonstrated success in prior event planning roles with annual sales exceeding $1 million • Working knowledge of food and beverage menus • Ability and willingness to travel within the region and work nights and weekends Preferred Qualifications: • Proficiency with Caterease software program or similar event planning tools • Excellent networking and follow-up skills • Ability to finalize event contracts and liaise with management on contractual change requests Physical Demands:
