The opportunityDelaware North Sportservice is hiring for a full-time Event Planner to join our team at Titletown in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As an Event Planner, you will work with fellow team members and clients to plan and execute events at Titletown. What will you do?Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of catering eventsCreate and maintain contact with client representatives for the catering eventEstablish event objectives with the client and develop a plan to achieve these goalsPartner with the catering team members to ensure a smooth and successful eventMaximize guest satisfaction throughout all phases of the event

More about youMust be at least 18 years oldWorking knowledge of budgetary practices for events preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to problem-solve and operate in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office Products including Word and ExcelAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysNo experience or diploma required
