Work with Chauffeur Manager to ensure that the wedding venues/locations can support our vehicles prior to event. Proactively manage communication of transportation details and/or options with all related parties prior to and day of event. Confirm transportation details with all related parties seven (7) days prior to the scheduled event. Respond to customer inquiries regarding schedules, services, procedures, and policies. Confer with scheduler and/or dispatcher vehicle availability for dates requested by client.
