Casa Rondeña Winery is seeking a highly organized, creative, and guest-focused Private Event Planner to lead the planning and execution of private events across our stunning estate. The Private Event Planner will be responsible for managing event inquiries, booking and coordinating private events, and ensuring seamless execution from initial contact through event completion. • Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through consultations, site tours, and tailored proposals • Coordinate all event details including timelines, layouts, vendor needs, staffing, and winery logistics • Collaborate with internal teams (hospitality, culinary, wine, and operations) to ensure flawless execution • Maintain clear and professional communication with clients throughout the planning process • Oversee on-site event execution to ensure events meet Casa Rondeña’s standards of excellence • Manage contracts, deposits, payments, and post-event follow-ups • Track event details, booking activity, and client communications in an organized manner Job Type: • Full-time position Requirements • In-person role with availability to work on-site at Casa Rondeña • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
