Event Planner/Coordinator

The role of an Event Planner is to manage all aspects of course execution as well as the continual growth of customer relationships. This position requires exceptional organizational skills and must provide superior customer service as you will be in constant communication with our customers in regard to course participation, registration, payment and overall correspondence. • Office Support: Variety of office responsibilities which are shared among the Course Manager Team. • Course Support: Variety of support responsibilities for course execution which are shared among the Course Manager Team. Education and/or Experience: The candidate must possess the following minimum experience: • 4 year Bachelor’s Degree, preferably with a focus in hotel/hospitality, business or communication • Three or more years of experience in a customer service role
