You will be speaking to our clients. You would be in our showroom working with our clients on the phone, in person and via email. We are a premier party and event rental company. Responsibilities for the position include and are not limited to the following: • Sell / Rent party rental equipment for events • Generating reservations and quotes • Create computer generated layouts • Learn our inventory and computer system • Answer incoming emails and quote requests • Answer the phone and sell • Enjoy a fast-paced, high energy environment • Outstanding customer service and communication skills • Capable of responsible decisions • Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5 pm • Saturdays from 8 am to noon • Off Sunday and Tuesday • Work 3 Bridal Shows or Trade Shows per year • Professional Attire • Spanish Speaking Helpful • Work at other tasks as needed • Event planning experience • Strong customer service skills • Excellent time management abilities • Effective communication and organizational skills • Banquet, catering, and hospitality experience helpful • Work in other departments as needed Schedule: • 8 hour shift
