Locate staff to be lifeguards for our summer swimming events - Oversee event setup and breakdown, ensuring all elements are in place and meet client expectations - Communicate effectively with clients throughout the planning process to provide updates and gather feedback - Market events through various channels to attract attendees and promote client satisfaction - Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in event planning to enhance the quality of our services Requirements: - Previous experience in event planning or hospitality is preferred - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, and team members - Proficiency in using event management software or tools is a plus - Knowledge of banquet operations and upselling techniques is desirable - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail as required Schedule: • 4 hour shift • 8 hour shift • Weekends as needed Ability to Commute: • Bunnlevel, NC 28323 (Required)
