The Event Planner/Coordinator is responsible for the ideation, planning, coordination, and execution of all internal and external events related to Patriots Pet Care, including volunteer meetups, fundraising galas, military family outreach events, info sessions, training workshops, pop-up pet wellness events, and more. • Coordinate with internal staff, volunteers, sponsors, and community partners to deliver seamless events. • Lead event day setup, execution, and teardown with strong attention to detail and leadership. • Prepare summary reports and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
