Responsibilities • Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events such as corporate meetings, fundraisers, weddings, and banquets , • Coordinate all event logistics including venue selection, catering, entertainment, and decorations , • Work closely with clients to understand their event needs and preferences , • Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effective planning , • Provide exceptional guest services during events , • Utilize upselling techniques to enhance event offerings , • Implement effective event marketing strategies to attract attendees , • Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown Requirements • Previous experience in event planning or related field preferred , • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction , • Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail , • Knowledge of catering services and hospitality industry practices , • Proficiency in fundraising strategies for events , • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment , • Experience in event marketing is a plus , • Certification in Event Planning or Hospitality Management is advantageous
