Event Planners

The Space Telescope Science Institute seeks two Event Planners to support the Events Planning Group (EPG). These positions support a hybrid work schedule and require onsite presence at our Baltimore campus during preparation for and support of in-person events. Responsibilities include: Organizing, planning and managing all aspects of the event planning process including pre-planning, logistics coordination, participant registrations and reservations, travel authorization and expense reports, execution and post-event review for in-person, hybrid and virtual events. Demonstrated experience with coordinating/managing virtual, in-person and hybrid events, preferably in a corporate or academic setting Skill in organizing and prioritizing your workload, with a strong attention to detail Excellent time management, customer service and communication skills
