We are looking for an Event Planning and Engagement Specialist to join our team at TerraBella Greensboro. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating events that bring joy and fulfillment to our residents. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement event plans that cater to diverse interests and abilities • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless event execution • Coordinate logistics, including setup and teardown • Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and staff • Continuously evaluate and improve event experiences Qualifications: • Associate's Degree in event planning, hospitality, or a related field • Previous experience in event planning or coordination • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other event planning tools
