**Overview:** We are seeking an Event Planning and Execution Specialist to join the SAS Executive Briefing Center (EBC) team. As a key member of our team, you will plan and execute customer and partner briefings, meetings, and events at our headquarters in Cary, NC. If you have excellent customer service, organizational, and interpersonal skills, and a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply for this dynamic and fulfilling career opportunity. **Responsibilities:** • Work with internal account teams to promote the EBC and drive meeting requests • Plan and execute briefings, meetings, and events that deliver an exceptional customer/partner experience • Facilitate prep and planning calls with account teams and discussion with leaders to ensure everyone understands the briefing objectives • Develop and execute a full-service agenda that meets the requirements of the attending customer/partner • Work with senior leadership, sales, and other areas of the company to create, plan, and execute customized briefings with content that makes a difference • Manage all logistical aspects of EBC briefings, meetings, and events • *Qualifications:** • Five years of experience in sales or marketing, including experience interacting with customers • Excellent customer service, organizational, and interpersonal skills, and a strong work ethic • Ability to work on-site and in-person in Cary, NC five days per week • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and project management skills • Ability to work under pressure with specific deadlines and attention to detail • *Benefits:** • Comprehensive medical, prescription, dental, and vision plans • Medical plan options include PPO with low annual deductible and copays, HDHP combined with a health savings account with a contribution from SAS, and onsite Health Care Center (HQ) • Industry-leading 401k plan • Generous time away including vacation time, paid holidays, Volunteer Time Off, parental leave, and unlimited paid sick days • Childcare benefits for all full-time employees • Diverse and inclusive work environment with a commitment to diversity and equal opportunity employment
