Event Planning and Execution Lead

Key Qualifications: • Event Calendar Management: Manage the event calendar to ensure events are appropriately resourced with required staffing, collateral items, and promotional materials. • Campaign Planning: Serve as campaign planning lead for major promotional events, such as the Miami Youth Fair, Florida PTA Convention, Member Appreciation Month, New Teacher Inductions, and Teacher Appreciation Month. • Bundling and Shipping: Assemble and ship new member promotional bundles for distribution by Member Outreach and Branch Services staff. • Contingent Staffing: Serve as contingent staffing for Member Outreach events as required by business.
