About the Role The Event Planning and Execution Specialist is responsible for coordinating and executing events within our store, including kids' birthday parties, craft classes, and other special events. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues. • Plan and coordinate events from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and high customer satisfaction • Engage with clients of all ages, providing exceptional customer service and creating a fun and creative environment • Demonstrate and instruct party participants in various craft projects, perform face painting and other activities as needed • Facilitate and implement party add-ons such as goody bags, balloons, and other decorations
