This role offers a comprehensive overview of event management and fan engagement, encompassing concerts, sporting events, family shows, and special events. Key Areas Include: • Pre-event planning and day-of-event execution • Logistical support for event staff, ticket holders, and attendees • Development and implementation of fan experience initiatives, such as pre-show activities, event promotions, and photo opportunities • Vendor coordination and procurement • Survey data collection and report creation Interns are expected to commit at least 20 hours per week, with flexibility for occasional early morning, weekend, or evening hours based on the event schedule. To be successful in this role, candidates should possess undergraduate study in business, recreation, sports management, or a comparable field, have strong MS Office skills, excellent communication skills, and detail-oriented work habits.
