The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating food and beverage services for events at the Peoria Civic Center. This includes developing menus, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety. • Ensure that all food and beverage services meet the highest standards of quality and presentation. • Train and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service. • A minimum of 2 years' experience in food service management is preferred.
