Event Planning and Promotion Specialist

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Event Planning and Promotion Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for planning and executing annual events, developing marketing strategies to increase donor support, and serving as a staff liaison to committees and/or advisory committees related to communications, marketing, and events. Responsibilities • Plan and execute annual events, including galas, tournaments, and other donor or volunteer recruitment activities • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase donor support and agency visibility • Serve as staff liaison to committees and/or advisory committees related to communications, marketing, and events Requirements • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field • Minimum 3 years' experience in marketing, communications, volunteer engagement, or fundraising, with at least 1 year of supervisory/management experience • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and external partners
