Responsibilities • Coordinate logistics for tenant events, including catering, decorations, and audio-visual equipment. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tenant interactions and events. • Develop and implement strategies to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention. • Communicate effectively with tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of events and daily operations. • Minimum 1 year of experience in office administration, client-facing roles, or event planning.
