Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join our team. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in coordinating special auctions and projects that fund our organization's mission. Responsibilities • Manage project coordination, including planning, execution, and follow-up • Coordinate donation intake, oversee funds collection, and handle post-auction distribution of items • Provide exceptional customer service skills, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues promptly • Maintain accurate records, reports, and databases • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals Requirements • Minimum 3 years' experience as an Executive Assistant; nonprofit experience is a plus but not required • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook
