Event Planning Consultant

This is a contract role for an Event Planning Consultant. The Event Planning Consultant will be responsible (along with our staff and rabbis) for managing and organizing the High Holidays series of services and events for Central Reform Congregation. The consultant must be located in St. Louis, MO and will be needed onsite for meetings and for the holiday events themselves. Qualifications • Experience managing High Holidays or planning and managing similarly large (500 plus attendees) and complicated events is critical • Ability to work independently and within a team • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and last-minute event changes • Knowledge of Jewish traditions and customs is a necessity We will review proposals as soon as possible after the June 14 deadline and hope to do interviews the week of June 24, 2024
