The Event Planning Coordinator is responsible for servicing group sales bookings. In addition, Event Planning Coordinator is responsible for communicating client’s needs to hotel staff, and working closely with Sales Managers and Operations team during and post- event to ensure a high level of service. Service responsibilities to include managing the executed sales agreement, detailing room block, identifying ways to enhance the experience, effectively manage room blocks, understanding group history and pick up performance, familiarizing client with Hyatt’s planner technology, being the group onsite point of contact, conducting all administrative tasks, group billing management and finalizing post-convention reports.
