Responsibilities • Answer the phone politely and professionally, ensuring clients are greeted with a friendly and helpful attitude. • Prepare and distribute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to ensure clear communication with the hotel and all relevant parties. • Conduct property tours for clients and potential clients, showcasing the property’s features, amenities, and services. • Foster positive relationships with all hotel departments, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration across teams for efficient operations. • Any other duties assigned by your leader.
