At SWBC, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to coordinate logistical and strategic considerations of tradeshows as directed. The Event Planning Coordinator will be responsible for leading efforts in tracking marketing collateral for internal and external projects, as well as coordinating event-related projects using email and web form, cloud-based software, and Microsoft tools. Key Responsibilities: • Create advertising campaigns, manage social media, and develop email marketing strategies. • Work closely with third-party vendors to organize the distribution of booth materials and ensure timely arrival. • Coordinate registration of booth and representatives, ensuring all necessary documents are complete and submitted on time.
