Meetings and Events The ideal candidate will assist in planning, coordinating and executing meetings and events of varying sizes and complexities. This may include conferences, dinners, hospitality events, meetings, special events, trade shows, and other functions. This role is responsible for ensuring that all event details are meticulously planned and executed to ensure a seamless experience for attendees. The Meetings and Events Specialist will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences, and will provide expert advice on venue selection, catering options, audio-visual equipment, and other logistical aspects of events.
