Job Description This role involves interacting with prospective students and their families, providing exceptional customer service via phone and email. Key Responsibilities: • Provide logistical support for event planning, including coordinating venues, catering, and audio-visual equipment; • Complete event task lists in a timely and precise manner; • Assist with overall customer service departmental goals by supporting other employees and/or student workers when needed; • Answer incoming calls and forward to the appropriate staff member if necessary and/or document all messages; • Process incoming and outgoing mail; • Assist with data entry, imaging, and electronic filing utilizing proprietary databases; • Pick up/deliver documents to personnel as needed; • Perform other duties as assigned.
