Event Planning Coordinator

As a hybrid role, you will have the flexibility to work some days remotely and some days on-site at our client's stunning venues, collaborating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution. Responsibilities include conceptualizing event themes, developing detailed event plans and budgets, coordinating logistics such as venue selection, catering, AV, and entertainment, and overseeing on-site event management. You will be instrumental in ensuring client satisfaction by delivering exceptional experiences that align with their vision and our client's reputation for excellence. Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Knowledge of the hospitality and entertainment industry is a plus.
