Event Planning Coordinator

As Area Manager, you will support the Special Events Production team with planning, logistics, and onsite operations leadership for assigned events. Key Responsibilities • Serve as primary point of contact for experiences/exhibitors within assigned area, • Build strong communication channels with internal partners/external stakeholders, • Participate in planning/review calls offering input/operator insights, • Partner closely with business units/sponsors/prod teams/operators/guest services/catering/security/IT/core partners, • Maintain consistent comms w/EvMgmt regarding progress,risks,next steps,
