Your role will be crucial in managing logistics, vendor relationships, and communication to deliver exceptional hospitality and tourism experiences. Key responsibilities include assisting in the development of event concepts and themes; managing event timelines and ensuring all deadlines are met; coordinating venue selection, contract negotiation, and logistics; sourcing and managing relationships with vendors, including caterers, decorators, AV providers, and entertainment; developing event budgets and tracking expenses meticulously; overseeing event registration and attendee management; creating and distributing event marketing materials and communications; providing on-site support (if required) or remote coordination during events; gathering post-event feedback and preparing comprehensive reports; and staying updated on industry trends and best practices in event management and hospitality. Strong vendor management and negotiation skills are a plus. As a remote role, you must possess strong self-motivation, excellent communication skills for virtual collaboration, and the ability to work independently and proactively.
