The Event Planning Coordinator is responsible for supporting all convention service activities and systems within the Event Planning Department for Dreamscape’s new Rio Las Vegas Hotel & Casino. • Turnover files to Event Planning team and supporting departments thoroughly and timely to ensure operational success. • Coordinate with Operations teams in advance of groups’ arrivals to ensure smooth operation and maximize guest experience and profitability. Supervisory Responsibilities Physical Requirements • Must be able to work under time constraints and within established deadlines.
