Coordinate with internal teams, volunteers, and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution. Develop marketing and promotional materials for events, including invitations, social media posts, and website updates. Manage event registration, ticketing, and guest lists. Oversee on-site event management, troubleshooting any issues that arise. Conduct post-event analysis, including budget reconciliation, feedback collection, and reporting on event success. Maintain strong relationships with vendors and community partners. Ensure all events align with the organization's brand and mission. Manage event-related data and maintain accurate records. Requirements Proven experience in event planning and coordination, preferably within the non-profit sector or for community-based organizations.
