Job Responsibilities The Development Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of assigned Special Events, including recruitment of volunteer committees, sponsors, teams, and individual participants. This will involve working closely with the Executive Director to develop and implement strategies to grow revenue and build relationships with donors, volunteers, and sponsors. • Collaborating with the Marketing/Communication team to solicit media partnerships for events. To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in non-profit management, marketing, or a related field, with a minimum of 3-5 years' fundraising experience.
