• Instructional competency including knowledge of event planning as well as an ability to evaluate student progress. • Works with CWC’s Admissions Department to recruit students into CWC’s business/ hospitality and event planning programs in particular and all programs. • Ability to teach using technology in the classroom. • Ability to maintain professional relationships with students, colleagues and supervisors. • Ability to apply management skills in areas of procuring equipment, planning student projects, setting standards.
