The Assistant Director of Event Planning at the Sheraton Times Square will be responsible for assisting the Director of Event Planning, Mentoring the Event Managers, preparing all event documentation and coordinating with Sales, property departments, and guests to ensure consistent, high-level service throughout the pre-event, event, and post event phases of property events. •Act as liaison between salesperson and client throughout the event process •Handle guest problems and complaints •Greet client during the event phase and hand-off to the operations team for the execution of details •Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, event management software and customer management platform
