Event Planning Manager

The Event Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of events at the Raising Cane's River Center, managed by ASM GLOBAL. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. Key Responsibilities: • Client Communication: Ascertain client requirements for event setup, security, ticketing, and other essential aspects to ensure a seamless experience. • Paperwork Distribution: Initiate and distribute required paperwork to communicate client needs to facility departments. • Staff Supervision: Interview, hire, supervise, and schedule part-time staff for the Event Services Department as needed.
