Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to support the successful execution of domestic and international trade show participation and special events. • Complete online exhibit kits to secure carpet, electrical, on-site labor, and other necessary services. • Create and revise exhibit and electrical layouts/drawings based on event requirements. • Gather and inventory exhibit structures, graphics, marketing literature, giveaways, videos, and presentations prior to each event.
