Event Planning Manager

Ripple Effect is looking for a Senior Events Specialist with at least 7 years of experience to support our clients mission... This role will work closely with our Communications and Outreach team under general supervision to collaborate with multiple partners in the pre-production, planning, and execution of meetings and events that support the work of Ripple Effect. Excellent written and oral communication skills Experience supporting and coordinating small and large scale events Experience designing and preparing agendas, run of shows, and other meeting materials Experience creating and adhering to event task lists/punch-lists Ability to prepare high quality, client-ready meeting materials Experience with speaker correspondence and tracking Experience setting up and running virtual and hybrid events In person event experience Experience with virtual platforms Experience researching and selecting vendors Highly organized, efficient, and extremely detail-oriented Excellent time and task management skills To be successful at Ripple Effect, you must be able to pay attention to details, clearly communicate, work independently, and have an eagerness to learn.
