Part of the Sales & Marketing team, and reporting to the Associate Director of Events, the Event Planning Manager acts as the liaison between client events, and the hotel departments that support their successful execution. • Communicate requirements of clients to all hotel departments through event resumes, event orders, pre-convention meetings with clients, internal departmental meetings, and event order meetings. • Ideally, demonstrated experience with Event Planning in the wedding market. • Skilled at problem solving with the ability to work professionally, collaboratively, and respectfully with people at all levels of the organization.
