Event Planning Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the planning and execution of catering operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Key Responsibilities Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate catering events, including venue selection, menu development, and logistical arrangements Staff Supervision: Lead and motivate a team of catering staff, ensuring high-quality service and presentation Financial Oversight: Monitor and report on catering revenue, expenses, and receivables to ensure accurate financial management Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure adherence to company standards and customer expectations Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the catering experience Qualifications • At least 2 years of experience in event management, hospitality, or catering • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
